We will try to accommodate your request, however, it is not guaranteed.* Area "A" Area "B" Area "C" Area "D" Food Truck VENDOR RULES REQUIREMENTS & INFORMATION All self-contained vehicles (Trailers, self-contained trucks etc.) must be listed on your application. Total length and width must be shown on your application. This must include the tongue length of a trailer if the tongue is not removable. (i.e. a 22’ trailer with a 3’ tongue is really 25’). Our booths are 12 x 12’ OR 12'x24'; therefore, you will need to ensure your trailer fits within the booth area or be able to park in the designated area FOOD VENDORS (Additional Requirements) **FOOD TRUCKS ONLY** I have all required certifications to sell food I have my own electrical source All food vendors MUST have a Texas State Department of Health Certificate. NO OTHER CERTIFICATES WILL BE ACCEPTED! Please submit a current copy with your application.ALL food vendors not having a DOH certificate and must be displayed for public view at booth site or on food truck. NO EXCEPTIONS PROHIBITED ITEMS: NO: Silly String, Smoke Bombs, Stink Bombs “Snappers”, Radios, AV Equipment, Weapons, Guns, Ammo. No Pets. No drug related items. No alcohol or any items displaying alcohol names/types. No smoking is allowed at the Market. PLEASE NOTE: Submission of application does not guarantee acceptance. If you are accepted you will be contacted within 48-72 hours via email and/or text. No refunds or cancellations for any reason whatsoever. This is a rain or shine event! No post-dated checks. No checks will be accepted after October 1st. Spaces are limited so get your application in EARLY! We will attempt to accommodate location requests however we cannot guarantee this. Applications are considered on a first received, first considered basis. Take large supply boxes, bottles, containers etc., away with you. Medium & small refuse can be put in provided garbage containers.
